The Call2Web name describes our first service offered. It connects a phone call to the Internet by recording a voice message like an answering machine. We then make that message available on a web site as an audio file that can be played using most modern web browsers running on audio enabled computer systems.

An organization can simply provide a link from their web site to the Call2Web site where only the messages for that organization can be heard. You can provide the address of the Call2Web site if you don't have your own or we can supply you with a site with your own business or organization name (i.e. www.yourname.com).

The Call2Web service is great for businesses that have frequently changing specials and not enough time to constantly update their own web site. Call2Web allows them to update their specials using nothing more than a simple telephone and telling their customers exactly what they would say if the customer called them directly. A business can simply invite their customers to visit their web site to hear their specials. This application of Call2Web is particularly great for many types of food industry businesses including restaurants and sandwich shops. Many of these businesses used to fax specials to customers.

Call2Web works well for school trips, sports, and clubs where the phone chain has traditionally been used with limited success. Call2Web makes it possible for one person to communicate timely information to parents and children. School closings and activity cancellations for whatever reason can easily be communicated via the Internet.

Call2Web is used by religious organizations to share prayer in addition to last minute event change announcements. Prayer chains are much simpler to manage when concerns can easily be posted to the Internet. Many people can take an active part in sharing prayer where they once may have been inaccessible on a regular basis to be part of a chain.

Call2Web can be used to supplement other forms of advertising such as classified ads. If you're limited to the number of lines/words you can get for your money in the newspaper, just include the URL of your Call2Web message and let interested people log on to know more about the things you are selling.
